V. is a leading Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrician with over 18 years of experience in Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities, developmental delays, and motor disorders. He is the Medical Director of Vistara Child Development Centre, with centres in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Madurai. Trained in Paediatric Developmental Neurology, he specialises in early identification, evidence-based intervention, and holistic developmental care.

Dr. Lal is actively involved in medical research, academic training, and professional development. His achievements include multiple research awards and five patented products.
